Firstly you will need to have an existing Telkom telephone line. Then you need to order an ADSL line from Telkom directly which can be done telephonically be contacting 0800 237 500 (you can also check whether or not your exchange is DSL enabled by clicking here.). The ADSL line service charges (click here for more details) are over and above your existing telephone line and call charges. Be sure to specify to Telkom when ordering the line that you are ordering the line service only (and not the Telkom Internet ADSL account) if you wish to use Imagine as your service provider.
Telkom should be able to provide you with an installation date. Then all you need is to download your Imagine ADSL subscription form from the Imagine website here and send it through to us. Your application can normally be processed on the same day as we receive it. Alternatively, we can schedule your account to be activated on the day that your ADSL line is installed by Telkom.
