	What kind of guarantees do you offer over Uncapped ADSL?

Solution Unfortunately, Telkom has specified that all ADSL (Uncapped or capped, unshaped or shaped) is provided as a "best-effort" service. As we have no guarantees on the service offered by Telkom, we cannot in turn offer any guarantees to our clients.
