How to release spam from Quarantine
Solution If you have received a message from postmaster@imagine.co.za notifying you of spam in your quarantine then you can check this in the following way.
You will need to login to your Imagine webmail http://webmail.imagine.co.za
If you are not sure of your password send an email to helpdesk@imagine.co.za.
Once logged in you will see a "Spam" folder on the left.
Select this folder and you will see all messages currently in quarantine.
If you wish to receive a message simply drag and drop the message into your "Inbox" folder.
If you believe the message is spam then you can select the message and press delete.
