Onsite Support

Imagine IPS offers excellent onsite technical support to our clients to ensure technical issues are predicted and resolved along with potential threat removal.  Minimise the downtime of your network and increase the productivity of your business. We cover all aspects of your IT Support.

Our highly skilled technicians offer an onsite, hands-on personable service to ensure all of your IT requirements are met and maintained.  We promise quick, efficient, effective and trusted onsite support solutions.

Onsite Support SLA’s include remote and onsite support services according to the client’s requirements at the time.

SLA’s are both proactive and reactive.  We monitor all our SLA clients’ machines and can identify potential issues in advance. Servers on the client’s side are monitored and managed along with the network.  Firewalls can be set up to protect the network, alarms set up and triggers to ensure optimum network health and security.

A skilled technician will assist you either onsite or via remote support when advanced IT issues arise to ensure these are resolved in a timely manner.

Onsite support also includes Anti-Virus systems, online backup systems etc. at an additional cost.

Technical Support

Imagine IPS offers technical support on all the products we sell.  A basic level of support is given telephonically to ensure the client is assisted in troubleshooting the problems they might be experiencing.

If the problem requires more advanced support, a technician can remotely assist the client by logging into their computer from our offices and attempt to trace and resolve the issue.  This does involve an additional fee for clients who don’t have an SLA (Service Level Agreement) for onsite support.  For SLA clients, remote support is included as part of their service hours.

Serious IT problems can be escalated and might require Onsite Support for which the client will be billed an additional fee if the client is not on SLA.  Onsite support is offered to our SLA clients as part of their monthly contract.
